Fantastic holiday at the newly renovated NH Collection Reethi Resort from the moment we arrived at the airport greeted by the NH collection rep to boarding the seaplane and then the speedboat to the resort it all felt like a 5 star experience. When we arrived at the resort we were greeted by Diana and other team members who informed us of our stay and showed us the resort. We met the General Manager Valentine and lovely Malory another resort manager, both were absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. Every member of staff were friendly and attentive and generally wanted people to relax and enjoy their stay. All inclusive is best option by far which includes a free excursion trip, 50us dollar voucher towards SPA which is excellent (best ever) all drinks and buffet meals and access to two other restaurants throughout your stay on a set menu. Food was good, plenty of choice. Accommodation sunset deluxe villa was excellent and best value in our opinion. Housekeeping is excellent with a turn down butler service in evening. House reef is amazing and accessible with great snorkelling. Also, dive centre provides equipment if required and trips were very good. We enjoyed dolphin cruise, sunset reef fishing. Top tips- upgrade to all inclusive as pay as you go will be far more expensive. Reserve restaurants early and book as many times as you wish on the set menu is excellent, beach shoes are essential for those with sensitive feet as coral reef can be sharp. Please be aware when the sea is choppy getting on and of the speedboat and seaplane can be a challenge for people unsteady on their feet. This is a newly refurbished hotel with a new team who are always trying their best, remember to tell the team in addressing any issues as they are incredibly helpful. We can’t remember everyone’s names but every member we met was outstanding! And very genuine. A truly excellent holiday the best ever.

It was truly fantastic, a great new resort, super friendly staff, and wonderful, delicious food—we highly recommend this resort. Please also note that this is a brand new hotel and that most of the previous recommendations refer to the old hotel.

I wholeheartedly recommend this resort. It’s truly a wonderful place where everything is designed for guests’ comfort and relaxation. The staff is exceptional — friendly, professional, and always attentive to details — and the service was impeccable throughout our stay. You can clearly see the dedication of all the employees, who do their best to make the experience truly memorable. The cleanliness is exemplary, and Rashed, who took care of our room, was outstanding — everything was always spotless. Overall, it was a superb experience that I sincerely recommend.

The NH Reethi resort provided the perfect escape from the English weather, offering an atmosphere where we felt instantly welcomed and relaxed. This warmth began the moment we arrived, thanks to Diana at reception, and continued throughout our stay with the entire staff being remarkably friendly. However, several individuals truly went above and beyond to make our holiday special. Vikram looked after us impeccably; our villa was always spotless, and he delighted us each evening with thoughtful towel sculptures and beautiful flower designs. At the rum bar, Allu’s cheerful nature and fascinating stories about Kerala made our evening aperitifs a highlight, while Alla, Majid, and Sinjam consistently provided excellent, personable service with a warm greeting. Reefa was a total delight at both the Jumla and Alifaan restaurants, always accommodating and happy to share insights into Maldivian family life. Finally, our experience was further brightened by Bharti, Kairuna, Smriti, and Snetha from Nepal, whose constant smiles and helpfulness made every interaction a genuine pleasure. Our Over Water villa was great, with everything newly refurbished (the same across the whole resort). It was a real pleasure snorkelling on the reef, literally at the end of the steps from our villa terrace. Be aware that the waves are around and under you all the time so it is a good idea to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper! The food was consistently excellent in all the restaurants and the service, as mentioned above, terrific.

I highly recommend this hotel! The services are impeccable, and the entire staff is extremely kind, attentive, and professional. The food is diverse and very delicious, and the cleanliness standards are excellent. I would especially like to mention Raheb, who took care of cleaning my room and also surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture in the room. He was very attentive to details. Thank you — we will definitely come back! ???

We have just returned from two wonderful weeks on NH Collection Maldives Reethi. Staff met us at Male airport arrivals and accompanied us through check in and boarding procedure for the seaplane trip to the island. Some holiday companies put you on a domestic flight and speedboat to the island but this means arriving very late in the day so it is worth asking the resort to arrange the seaplane alternative albeit at a cost. The island is very green and natural with sandy paths throughout. There is a glorious long stretch of beach on the west side of the island where the beach villas are located. The water villas are at the northern end of the island. We stayed in a deluxe sunset villa without pool (we felt a pool was unnecessary given the proximity of the sea). The villa was very comfortable indeed and our house boy Arafat did a fantastic job looking after us throughout our stay. We asked for a kettle so we could make tea and they were also happy to provide a regular supply of milk cartons. (Best to take your own teabags though!). We think the nicest deluxe sunset villas are those between 125 -150 as they are on the best stretch of beach with no sight of the water villas. The beach villas are set in attractive tropical vegetation adjacent to the beach. The reef is easy to access using the channels especially at high tide and there is wide variety of fish. We enjoyed snorkelling most days and saw turtles, reef tipped sharks rays and an octopus. There were three restaurants open while we were on the island and the food throughout is absolutely fantastic with an excellent standard of hot dishes, salads and desserts available at breakfast lunch and dinner. The All Inclusive option is a great deal for food and drinks. The main restaurant is Jumal. Allifaan is a barbeque style restaurant with a couple of alternatives for non-meat eaters but the menu was unchanged throughout our stay. We suggested that they needed a much wider menu to include vegetarian and vegan. Kaiyo is an Asian themed restaurant with three different set menu options for those on AI as well as a la carte. We thought it excellent. In our view the outstanding feature of the resort is the quality of the staff who could not be more helpful and friendly. We were very well looked after and would particularly mention the following: Melly, Reefa, Bharati and Majid who waited tables, Sajan who helped us at Kaiyo, Bhaskari who looked after us so well at the main bar and around the pool. The swimming pool and bar is spectacular and beautiful. Sandeep is at Artaceder the great sunset bar and his virgin sangrias are so tasty and fresh coconut is available too. We did however have one disappointment. All the restaurants and bars played background music which at times was disruptive, especially if you were close to one of the speakers. Plus points. A great island for relaxing and exploring the fantastic reef. Staff are super, even remembering our names and our drink choices. Food was fresh and good quality although variety dropped off as occupancy increased to almost 100% from 60% when we arrived. Room was spacious and very clean with perfect access to the beach and sea. The two additional restaurants Alifaan and Kaiyo (Caravela is not open) provided a welcome change from the Jumla buffet. The food and table service were excellent. All the staff were polite and welcoming Great sunset bar with wide variety of drinks. The transfer from Male was very organised and efficient. Negative points. Landing from the sea plane onto a small pontoon in mid-ocean with rough seas felt very dangerous especially after a 10 hour flight. Mini bar charges. Even though we were on AI. A can of tonic water was ￡10. Shop charges. A small tube of after sun came to ￡40 after service charges and taxes!! Wir sind zum dritten Mal in diesem Paradies gewesen und es ist immer noch traumhaft sch?n - wenn auch anders nach dem Umbau. Am Flughafen wurden wir vom freundlichen Personal des Resorts in Empfang genommen und zum Wasserflugzeug-Flughafen gebracht. Super entspannt und wir mussten uns wirklich um nichts kümmern. Nach einer halben Stunde waren wir auch schon auf der Insel. Die Begrü?ung am Steg war wieder einmal sehr herzlich - sooo sch?n! Die Villa (in diesem Jahr haten wir eine Strandvilla) war sehr sch?n, sauber, viel Platz, harmonische Farben - und auf dem Bett erwartete uns ein aus Bl?ttern geformter Willkommensgru?. Mehrmals am Tag wurde gereinigt, Wasser aufgefüllt, wenn n?tig Handtücher gewechselt - freundlich, dezent und sehr gut! Alle - vom Resort Manager bis zum Angestellten in diesem Resort sind mit Herzblut dabei, den G?sten etwas au?ergew?hnliches zu bieten. Einer davon ist Majib, der uns unsere Besuche im Restaurant zu einem unvergessenen Erlebnis gemacht hat, auch wenn es in dieser Phase des Neustarts vom Resort noch nicht alles so perfekt war. Seine herzliche und ehrliche Art war wundervoll, die Gespr?che mit ihm wertvoll und bei unserer Abreise früh am Morgen winkte er uns natürlich auch zum Abschied. Auch viele andere k?nnten wir hier erw?hnen, z.B. an der Sunsetbar der Barkeeper, der uns immer sofort erkannte und sich unsere Lieblingsgetr?nke gemerkt hatte. An der Hauptbar wurden wir sogar nach unserem letzten Besuch vor über einem Jahr wieder erkannt. Als wir ankamen wussten wir, dass es eine Phase des Hochlaufs nach dem Umbau war. Und es war von Tag zu Tag sichtbar, was sich alles ver?ndert. Das war sehr bemerkenswert! Die M?glichkeiten zum Schnorcheln sind ideal. Das Hausriff ist nach ein paar Metern im warmen Wasser erreicht. Viele bunte Fische, auch Haie, Schildkr?ten, und und und. Soo sch?n! Der Spa Bereich ist in neues Geb?ude gezogen. Ein Besuch ist sehr empfehlenswert und natürlich auch hier sind die Damen freundlich und kompetent. Die Zeit ist wie im Flug vergangen und am letzten Tag fanden wir erneut einen Gru? aus Pflanzenbl?ttern auf unserem Bett. Die Verabschiedung war trotz der früher Stunde sehr herzlich und erneut unproblematisch. In Male wurden wir wieder freundlich in Empfang genommen und zum Flughafenhauptgeb?ude gebracht. Super entspannt. Zusammengefasst: Reethi ist ein Paradies und das Team ist super motiviert einen unvergessenen Urlaub zu erm?glichen.

Gelungene Renovation! Die Resort Einrichtung hat sehr viel Charme. Sehr gepflegte Anlage, es wurden viele Pflanzen neu gesetzt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Mitarbeiter ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Transfer von Male war super organisiert, wir mussten uns um nichts kümmern. Einfach nur empfehlenswert für einen entspannten Urlaub.
